Ingredients:
- 2 pints peaches (or two large cans)
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- ½ tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 11 glass baking dish. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, cornstarch together. Add the milk a little at a time. You don’t want it to form lumps. Pour in baking dish. Gently spoon peaches on top.
