Ingredients:
- 1 can ham, canned chicken or spam
- 1 can pineapple tidbits
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 2 tsp. onion
- 2 tsp. green pepper
- ½ cup pineapple-apricot jam (or grape jelly)
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 cup rice
Directions:
In a little oil sauté some onion, some fresh or reconstituted dry green pepper add the chunked ham and a can of drained pineapple tidbits. To make the sweet and sour sauce, mix equal portions of pineapple-apricot jam and ketchup. (This can also be made with grape jelly and ketchup.)
